Hi, I’m Jenna (She/Her), the Founder of Therapy Uprising. My work focuses on building connection and holding a safe space for clients to feel the full range of their experiences.

Finding comfort in the uncomfortable: we change old patterns that no longer serve us, communicate our needs, and cultivate social justice and joy.

I am fully licensed with the Minnesota board of marriage and family therapy, and use an integrative approach. I tailor sessions to each individual, incorporating a variety of modalities and techniques (somatic experiencing, emotion focused therapy, attachment theory, and internal family systems).

I am here to celebrate and support your unique passions, and to learn from you what matters most in your life. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds to build resilience, self-esteem, reduce stress, heal from trauma, and achieve greater self-awareness
